Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase in original condition, unopened, worn, or tampered with accompanied with the relevant receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the amount for all unused merchandise from your order – less shipping, taxes and any PayPal processing fees. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
  • Please note that items in the ‘SALE’ section are not able to be exchanged or refunded.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Glamour fairy will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
  • It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive to our office, undergo a quality check and have your refund processed. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification once this has been done (Please allow 1-3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
