FAQ

Do you have an industry discount for make up artists?

We are looking into implementing a program for makeup artists and students in the near future. Be sure to follow us on social media so you know when the program is live.

What payment options are available through your shop?

Glamour Fairy payments can be made via the PayPal, stripe payment, Zippay and Afterpay checkout service. You do not require a PayPal account to use the Credit/Debit Card option. If you are having difficulty checking out, please email our Customer Care team at info@glamourfairy.com.au for further assistance.

Products damaged in transit to you

There is always a possibility that an item(s) can be damaged during transit, whist we ensure each item is packaged properly to ensure this doesn't happen, unfortunately, that is out of our control. All orders are insured to cover you for loss or damage of items.
If you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately to info@glamourfairy.com.au (no longer than 7 days from the date of delivery) with a photograph of the items(s) you received including the damaged item and be sure to include your order number, please be sure to keep all boxes, packaging and do not use any products.

Do you charge GST?

All of our product prices are already inclusive of all GST costs. GST (Goods and Services Tax) does not apply to international orders.

Do you charge shipping?

Yes we do.  Please check out Shipping page for more information. We do also offer FREE SHIPPING when you spend $100.00 (after discounts have been applied).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally your order should arrive anywhere within three to ten working days. Please check our shipping page for the Australia Post estimated times calculated by state.

I purchased some products from a pre order along with not pre order, what happens now?

If your order has any item marked as "pre order" we will hold on to your shipment until all items are in stock. This is done in an effort to be more cost effective. Once all items are in stock for your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you wish to have your goods shipped separately  you are required to make separate orders.

I have changed my mind.  Can I exchange my purchase?

Yes of course!  As long as your item has been unused, unopened and in its original packaging we are more than happy to exchange your item within 14 days.  You will incur additional shipping charges for replacement of a new product.  Please contact us, prior to returning your item.

What currency is used on your site?

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

What payment methods do you accept?

All Visa & Mastercard credit card transactions are processed through Stripe payment gateway. We also accept payments through PayPal and a ZERO Interest payment plan option with AfterPay.

Do I have to register?

No need to register, however at the checkout PayPal will require some information to help with postage and payment. If you do register and create an account with us, you will be able to log in and view your orders current status live and keep track of your purchases.

Are your products authentic and genuine?

Yes, our products are 100% authentic and genuine and are delivered to us direct from the supplier.

When will an “out of stock” item back in stock?

Any products marked as “out of stock” will be back in our store available to you as soon as possible. Due to shipping times and delays from our suppliers we are unable to give a definite time frame but be assured that we are doing our best to quickly supply your items. You are able to submit your email address on the product page to be notified immediately of its arrival.

Has my order been shipped?

All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped out the same day, sorry there are no exclusions to this! If you place your order after 4pm it will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the Monday. Once your order has left us, you will receive a shipping confirmation in your inbox. Haven't received it? Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us and be sure to add info@glamourfairy.com.au to your contact's to ensure you receive all our correspondence!

Are tracking numbers available for shipment?

Yes eParcel Post provides you with a tracking number, proof that the article was sent, proof that the article was received. As soon as you order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email from us and AusPost.

My Shipping address is wrong!

Once your order has been placed with us, you will receive an email confirmation including your billing and shipping address.  Please review your order and make sure all your details are correct!  If you have misspelled or entered the wrong address, please notify us immediately at info@glamourfairy.com.au When ordering, You must ensure your PayPal shipping address is up to date, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping address is incorrect, or not current. This is your responsibility so please check it. Any changes to your order, including incorrect shipping address may result in an additional shipping charges and small re-stocking fees (in cases where items are returned to us due to incorrect info).
